At my shop, we hold workshops on traditional Japanese “DASHI-UMAMI”. The owner will captivate you with his passion and little knowledge of English. The short version is about 15 minutes long and you can experience making real “dashi” and “umami” using kelp and bonito flakes, which is additive-free, organic, and good for your health. 500 yen per person. Families are also welcome to participate.
